- Publication charges (journals, conference proceedings, edited books, etc.)
- Processing fees, review fees, and administrative charges
- Membership fees
- Digital products, downloadable content, certificates, or online resources
- Any service once delivery has started or access has been granted
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment made by the user
- Event or program cancelled by JHERF
- Service not delivered due to a technical or administrative error from JHERF’s side
In such cases, the refund will be processed after verification.
4. Refund Request Process

JHERF shall not be liable for refunds due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, technical failures, or legal regulations.

Jabalpur Higher Education Foundation reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
